Their customer support is fast and efficient , no endless waiting and talking to the machine . The service was arranged promptly and the technician came the next day to replace my PCB even though the issue was not resolved. The machine was sent back for further evaluation and returned the next day . So far so good and keeping my fingers crossed that the machine can last me a good few years. I would strongly recommend Whirlpool for their prompt customer service and followed up!

This is my 3rd set of whirlpool washers. Although this time there’s some hiccups during your delivery but I accepted their mistake. When they deliver your guys couldn’t fix the new water inlet hose onto my tap, therefore I have to use my old one. He said I need to go to a hardware shop to buy a nozzle. I think it’s ridiculous why Whirlpool would not provide the nozzle? If I wasn’t using the existing whirlpool washer then your job won’t be complete. I’m really disappointed.

Kick panel of my washing machine broke when removing it to clean. Called them to ask them to provide the spare part. They said I have to pay to replace it and it not under warranty. They also said that I have to check for defects within 7 days. Yes now I know I have to dismantle my whole washing machine within 7 days to check for defects when I get a new one next time. Poor service. Update: it is useless contacting them. They don't want to replace the part that is defective. Waste of time

I contacted Whirlpool on a Sunday and received a response from them the following day to validate the warranty status of my washing machine. After that, they immediately advised me on the next steps and handed over my case to their appointed technical service center. The service center contacted me on the same day to set an appointment. We agreed for the repairman to do the check on a Saturday. The repairman came to check on my appliance at the designated time and date we agreed on. He was prompt, quick and courteous. He clearly advised me on the resolution and cost. My appliance was collected for repair on a Monday and was returned to me the following day, which I found amazing! They initially said it will take 2-3 days which was also fast but they completed and delivered within 1 business day. The problem with my washing machine was effectively resolved too. It's no longer making noise. Overall, the entire process was fast and smooth! The people from their contact center and technical service center were all professional and courteous. I love the product and their service culture! :)
